Hey all!
In this section you will learn how to use the Mimecast plug-in to block unwanted emails and senders. First things first, open up the Mimecast plug-in by going to the Mimecast button in Outlook.
If you do not see this button, please check out our "Adding Mimecast to Outlook" section here.
Next up, you will want to click on the Managed Senders button on the Mimecast tab.
In this page you should see a list of all of the websites and email addresses that you have already blocked. In order to add a new user to this list click on the "+Add Blocked" button at the top of the window.
Then you will want to type in the website or email address of the intended blocked address. Once you have entered all of the addresses you will want to click on the Orange Block box at the bottom of this section. It should take you back and show you the list of addresses you have already blocked.
Now you are all set! From now on, any person or website on this list will be blocked from sending you an email. If you still require support you can check out the rest of our knowledge base or you can contact support by opening up a ticket with our support system.
