Step 1. - Scan your Employee Badge on the card reader.
You will want to hold the badge against the reader until you hear a beep noise.
Step 2. - Select the button Secure Print
You can also select Copy, or Scan and Send if you would like to use those options.
Step 3. - Select your Print Job
Select or Highlight the Print Job that you would like to print out. You can select multiple at once if you would like.
Step 4. - Press the Print + Delete Button
You may select the Print + Delete Button or you can select the Print + Keep Button if you are intending to print more copies later.
Print jobs expire and are cleared after 24 hours.
Step 5. - MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS LOG OUT!
When you are done using a printer, please make sure to click Logout, or the ID button above the yellow reset button.
