Hey all!
In this section you will learn how to use the Mimecast plug-in to release held or blocked emails. First things first, open up the Mimecast plug-in by going to the Mimecast button in Outlook.
If you do not see this button, please check out our "Adding Mimecast to Outlook" section here.
Next up, you will want to click on the On Hold Messages button on the Mimecast tab.
In this page you should see a list of all of the emails that have been held or blocked. In order to permit the message, click on the message and select the "Release" button at the top of the window.
If you would like to permit the sender address for future emails, please click the pull down arrow and select either "Release Message and Permit Address" for just that email address.. or you can select "Release Message and Permit Domain" to allow all emails from that website or company email.
