1. As the Meeting organizer, launch the Microsoft Teams application.


2. Select the "Calendar" option on the left hand side.


3. Click on the "New Meeting" button in the upper right hand corner.



4. Fill out the respective fields

    a. Title

    b. Attendees

    c. Time

    d. Channel - *disregard*

    e. Location: Select a room (i.e. City Manager's Conference Room)

    f. Description



5. Your attendees will receive an e-mail from the meeting organizer with the title, date and time, location, and link like the one below



6. If you invite someone outside of the organization, they will have the option to "Download the app" or "Join on the web instead."



7. If they join on the web, their browser will need to grant the website permission to their microphone and camera.



8. Once they do, they will have the option to enable the microphone and camera for the meeting.
