Here are the steps to clock in and out of Kronos using the app from your phone or tablet. 

 

If you don't already have the iOS app. There are several named Kronos in the appstore, so please make sure it says “Kronos Workforce Ready Mobile” (current version 1.66.2). 

 

 

 

 

Once downloaded, it will ask for the “company short name”. 

  

Type:        6153167

  

Log in using the same credentials as you do on the website. If you don’t know your credentials; reset your password. 

 

If you become locked out, please contact Human Resources Payroll and Benefits

 

If this is the first time you sign in on your device, depending on the method you select, the Kronos system will send you a code through SMS/text, e-mail, or phone call.

 

Type that in, and you should be able to continue.

 

Allow location service while using the app so it recognizes your location as being at work.
