Click on Cases
Enter the case number in and then click "search."
Once a result displays on the page, you have the option of clicking on the gear icon to display the "view case/export case menu" or clicking on the briefcase to view the case and the records/attachments.
By default, the page normally displays 10 records per page. You will need to adjust the per page settings on the right hand side if you wish to select all.
You can then select all and export.
You'll see all the attachments will remain selected and by scrolling down the page, you will have the option to do a "Media Export" or "Cloud-share"
You can then enter the recipient's email address, enter in a reference label and hit the "prepare export button"
To verify the export is sent you can login to the Cloudshare website by navigating to the following URL https://us.evidencelibrary.com/
