The general public can go from the basement to the 2^nd floor – Council Chambers and back down. If they are escorted to the 3^rd floor – Mezzanine by a staff member with card access, they can return to the two lower floors.

As a limitation to our system, floor access can only be assigned on a per-card basis. I have now set the "Annex 2 & 3 Always" Floor Group access to active user accounts and their corresponding valid card. Please be aware that this new permission is required for new employees or replacement cards for existing employees.
